Excellent service & great people
Several months ago, we experienced a very large water intrusion from our upstairs neighbor that devastated our Master bath, bedroom & spread mold throughout our unit. Premier arrived quickly after it was discovered & started the drying out process. They kept us apprised during the whole process of what we lost even though we were on the mainland. I became well acquainted with Anu & Aulelia who were always so helpful. Premier handled every aspect of the damage- drying, mold remediation & reconstruction. They promised the unit would be ready when we returned on 1/1/20 & I secretly thought no way. It’s Christmas time & Maui time. But Premier delivered. They had their people working overtime to deliver a beautifully reconstructed unit on time. We would highly recommend to anyone facing such a disaster.

We had water damage from a condo leak above us. Your crew came on Nov 19th through the 21st. They did a great job. Kana was the leader. He was very professional and such a hard worker. They did an excellent job and cleaned everything up perfectly when they were done! We were very pleased.
Amazing service every time
Unfortunately for me, this was my second time using Premiere Restoration. When we had a sewage back up I did not hesitate to use them first, even as other companies were trying to solicit us. Premiere is the best. I had Adam and his crew and he was so patient and kind and willing to answer any questions and help in anyway he could. I really appreciate him through this whole process and would recommend them with 10 stars if I could!
