Compensation: $85,000.00 Base Plus Commission

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will have a strong understanding of our full-service offering, sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong relationship building skills, and the ability to influence decision makers to make Premier Restoration their first choice when restoration services are needed.

Position Summary / Primary Purpose

The Business Development Manager will sell the suite of services offered by Premier Restoration Hawaii to current and new clientele.  

Essential Functions

  • Fully understand and align with the company’s 1-year plan and 3-year goal; Fully understand and align with the company’s sales & marketing strategy.

  • Manage and document sales progress with Traction system, to fulfill BDM’s individual KPI.

  • Collaborate within state-wide sales team, as well as with operations and C3 team, to reach company’s revenue & earning target.

  • Manage the relationships with existing customers to ensure lead to job conversion.

  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads, especially in Residential market segment (AOAO, Insurance, Residential Owners).

  • Strategically identify and develop Residential MSA accounts.

  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; assist with the C3 & Operations team to resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.

  • Responsibly document activities and touches in Luxor.

Job Specifications

Minimum qualifications: At least five years of success in a business development role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.

License: Motor vehicle driver’s license

Communication Skills Required

Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written language.

Experience Required

Five years of experience in a business development role. Experience in the Residential Property Management, Insurance or Hospitality space preferred.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer

Driving to business appointments

Speaking in person and on the phone with clients and internal staff

Work Environment

Office, and in client’s workspaces.
